BAJA TRAX 65 parts fell off first day, ear ripped off!

Last year I bought a Baja Trax65 and the first time I drove it the front wheel fell off. I waited 3 months for the special bolt that fell out! So, living in North America, I had it put away for the winter. This season I took it out for the first time and hit a bump in my yard and the fancy looking suspension flipped the cart and the roll bar landed on my head and the bolt holding the light on top ripped an gouge in my neck and ripped my ear off the back of my head. The pass-side lower front control arm just bent like a wet noodle and again this "nice looking" kart has proved to not only be a piece of junk, but a dangerous one. I will not let my children drive it and I am afraid to sell it to anyone. Now what????
